Coping Mechanisms for Anxiety??

Posted , 11 users are following.

I need recommendations for coping with anxiety, such as supplements, dietary habits, drugs and general advice. My anxiety has been getting worse and I am out of control. I've been relying on prescription pills, alcohol and emotional eating which only makes it worse in the long run. I think my anxiety is really brought on by high levels of cortisol and/or sugar imbalance but I cannot seem to get a hang on either. I'm desperate for help right about now.

Try to make a schedule of when to do things. Go to bed earlier, drink chamomille tea at night, have a routine. Make sure to schedule in a quiet time at night where you go on Instagram, YouTube, watch some TV. It really helps to calm yourself down. Guided meditations on YouTube and ASMR are true lifesavers for me. Also, music stimulates happiness and helps with anxiety

    PRODUCTS:

    Golden Milk-calming nighttime drink

ASMR-YouTube videos specifically for anxiety(Warning! you may fall asleep because it's so relaxing. It's best to do at nighttimebiggrin

Guided Meditation-Helps focusing, self-esteem, and anxiety. (Takes some practice to be able to meditate.)

Breathing-Search breathing techniques online, they work very well for if you're anxious during the day. Just breathing that affects the Venus nerve which triggers calming in your body and mind.

    Good Luck!
