Cured in three days!

Hi All. I have to share this - I had suffered from LS for two agonising years, trying everything on the market, along with steroid cream. Then out of another desperate moment came a cure - Sudocrem. I used it for three days, and my LS was gone!!!! That was three weeks ago, and now I have no sign it was ever there! I hope it works for you too!

Amazing, cannot believe it, however I have txt my hubby to bring me some when he comes home from work.

I will try anything, as Red, Raw and sore all the time, even on Dermovate.

I am so happy for you, as this is a horrible, horrible condition to have. X

Hi Lorna, you say you are red raw & sore, I hope this might help... I read to try Tea Tree Oil, so I tried it, However it must be 100% pure, so I ordered some on-line, unbeknown to me (or possibly stupidity) I used it neat & have to say it's been fantastic, I put a small amount on to a cotton pad & held it on to the affected area for a few minutes. I didn't burn, just a very slight tingly feeling which I actually found quite soothing. My sores really did heal within 48 hours, it has been a god send, I spoke to my Doctor about it & she was happy for me to use it, but then said you must dilute it....Whoops !!, which I didn't do, however I've had no ill affects of using it neat. But give it a try, dilute it first, my Doctor said 2 drops to one teaspoon of water. If you feel you need to dilute less then try it, but for me it really has worked. O.K. it cost about £11.00 ish, but it's been worth every penny. ( I got mine thru' Amazon from ABC-Australian body care)

I then use some every 3 day's in case any sores do start to develop, but they haven't so far, I hope this is of some help to you. T xx lol

    Hi Joe516

Reading your comments with great interest , this morning I put a smidgen of Dermovate on the 2 patches

which have no skin and a couple of drops of Emu Oil all over the rest. Less than 3 hours later, I was on fire, I went to the loo, then made sure I had washed any residue off, lay on top of the bed with the clean wet cold

flannel on for about 5 minutes, which takes all the heat out and returns me to normal colour, I have JUST now very gently rubbed some Sudocrem all over , so watch this space......so to speak.

LS Sufferer....thank you for your comments, about the Tea Tree Oil and especially were to get it, I will get

Onto the site and order some immediately I have posted this.......

Between the Dermovate, Dermol 500 lotion, Emu Oil, Sudocrem and Tea Tree Oil, hopefully I will find one of

Them will help take the HEAT out of me......giving each a 3 day trial so to speak to see which one works for me

Thanks all, hope you have a good day.

    Lorna. x

Well, I gave the Sudocrem a go last night and I've got some on right now, and I haven't really noticed any difference yet. After a few days I'll see if there's been any changes or improvement.

Hi Everyone - it wasn't until the third day it made a difference, then literally, the next morning it was gone - from open itchy sores to nothing - and now I have stopped using it for a week to test if it would return & it hasn't - YET!!!! Good luck - if it helps just one of you I will be happy! x

    Hi Jo,

Were you using it together with your steroid cream? How many times a day did you apply it? Thanks! xx

Hi Emma, I used it three times a day, and didnt use anything else, just made sure I showered daily with the shower on gently, which always did seem to help ease the itching. x

Hi Jo, I just wanted to ask if all your scaring and discolouration was cured too by using sudocrem.

I went to a GUM clinic and was diagnosed by the head gyno and was given a letter to give to my GP to be refered to a specialist. GP said she wanted me to see her to decide, which I had to then wait two weeks for an appointment for her to tell me she needs to refer me!! Now two more weeks later I have an other appointment with an other doctor at the same practice to see if she's any nicer and can actually give me any advice. I'm scared my LS scaring would of got so bad by the time I get a specialist appointment then there's no reversing it!

Hi Amrit. All scarring has gone, however my skin is still very pale. I held off from using it for three weeks, and yesterday had a small itch, so applied again and no sign this morning. I really hope this works for just one person - I can sympathise with everyone who has this distressing condition. x

Hi jo516, I'm a little confused I wonder if you can clarify a question for me please. You said in your first post that it had cured you & in your last post you said you had a small itch, I guess you mean it has cured your itch rather than the LS. ??? many thanks

Hi LS Sufferer - sorry, I should have explained in more depth! The sudocrem definitely cleared up the LS - I went from open sores to no sign of it, however yesterday I had an 'itch', didn't know if it was returning or simply an itch (!), but I wasn't going to risk it, so applied it anyway. Today, no itch & no sign of LS. I can however say that all scarring and sores have completely disappeared, but my tub of sudocrem will always be on standby!

Hi I am new to this forum but felt I wanted to add my experience with sudocrem .

I have only been diagnosed with L S since March and the only way I knew I had it was I had a colposcopy for recurrent cystitis . The Urologist spotted the white patch on my vulva around the urethra. I had not had any symptoms no itching or sores. After reading what LS is I am now thinking I may have been having symptoms for a while not realising. From time to time I would get a burning stinging sensation in my bottom, bit like being chapped! This is what I thought it was so I would apply sudocrem and that would take the redness and burning away almost strait away, the next day or day after it was all gone. Same thing would happen in my knicker line, I also noticed this flared up after I was told I had LS , ( think it was the shock Stress of being told I had LS)

I tried all different creams E 45 but as soon as I applied sudocrem the stinging and redness went within days. I call it my magic cream as it is great for taking the burning out.

I have never used it on my labia, I use Dervovate on my white area, but I don't get any symptoms from my white patch apart from getting cystitis every 3-4 mths. I have no white patches in my annul area, I just get the burning and stinging there. I get so confused sometimes as to where I have LS . But I just wanted to share my view on sudocrem. Rose led x
