      hi lorraine and lynda,

ive had a difficult morning as usual. i get really restless. does anyone else get really restless legs? i end up taking the dog out at 7am just because i feel so restless with the anxiety.

lorraine, i have just picked up a prescription for an antihistamine . its called phenergan. is that a bit like yours? i will take one tonight and hopefully sleep better and not feel so sick in the morning.

i would love a whatsapp group... but i cant private message... so cant give you my name or number!

how are you both today? x
