it sounds like you have both had a better day. even though you dont feel it, you went out and carried on with life.
my lovely neighbour just walked the dog with me after i told her how much i was suffering, she was so sweet.
lorraine what do you take to sleep?

aww what a lovely neighbour you have, i carried on with life even though it felt odd and i was anxious. the boys had a good day thats the main thing, curled up on sofa now with the fire lit to watch a film with the kids. bought a new fluffy blanket to he kind to myself. how has your day been? i take quetiapine to sleep its been a god send its also for anxiety it acts as an antihistamine at low doses and isnt addictive. l sleep all night and i can take it during the day if my anxiety is bad took it this morning. it reslly helps. how are you feeling? xx

you are doing so well pushing through.
what dose do you take? x
lorraine90511 Ojh3

thank you, 25mg at night and i can take 25mg 3 times during the day if needed, maybe ask your gp for it it really helps with the anxiety while the citalopram takes time to work xx

i will.
does it make you drowsy?
lorraine90511 Ojh3

it does make me a bit drowsy but im able to function better when i take it, the drowsy feeling far outweighs the horrendous anxiety i feel without it xx

im going to ask for some.
ive actually heard they use it in mental health settings instead of diazepam as its non adictive. x
lorraine90511 Ojh3

yes thats right, you can take it in much higher doses of uo to 900mg but thats to treat bipolar and othet disorders where as with a low dose it treats anxiety x

hi both, ive not been able to get on here either, missed chatting to you. i had bad morning soon as i woke up the shakes and fuzzy head so took meds and felt better, managed to clean the house and go for a beach walk and ate tea this evening.
lynda they do said to reduce caffeine with anxiety, it depends what form you have it coffee tea etc, i still drink tea but have decaf after 6pm
