day 2 n feel like I'm failing

I can't seem to get past 9g of fat a day that's 18g of fat in 2 days iv ate I'm full iv just 2 slices of toast with jam for breakfast 3 snack rice cakes lunch was a half pitta with cooked chicken salad and Philadelphia then for tea I had a small baked potato and beans salad beetroot a half pitta with chicken and Philadelphia againĀ
