Depression

after many attempts, being now told by psychiatrist he has tried so many anti deps and i am intolerant to them all, including cbt. he says i just need to live with what i have and use my own skills to deal with problem. he has given me diazepam for anxiety and thats it. feel a bit short changed but can see why hes come to this conclusion. i wake each day down and with nightmares, then can be a bit better by teatime. has anyone had a similar experience?
