I’ve been off work sick now for 3 months I’m physically and emotionally drained I’m constantly exhausted weak and non stop dizzy! I’m so bad my husband has had to take time off work to look after me and our kids! I’m literally at my wits end I just don’t no what to do anymore 😩😩😩

Sinus infection and ear infection can cause all that.

Also you might be low in Vitamins and minerals

Kelly, is the ringing in BOTH ears? Is it constant or does it fluctuate? High pitch ringing and buzzing or a whooshing in time to heartbeat? Is head pressure worse she up and around or when lying down? Do you have nasal allergies- wondering what Dr said about clear fluid from nose...

Have you seen ENT and neurologist?

Sorry for all the questions but they can really help to pinpoint the issue. And did u ever have a VNG test?

Hi yes the ringing and buzzing is in both ears it comes and goes the pressure In my head is constant the only time I ever feel normal is when I’m asleep! I’m suffering so bad with headaches that I think they could actually be migraines.. Yes I have nasal allergies I feel like I’m constantly swollening as there’s so much congestion in my nose.. I’m actually waiting to see a specialist but in the mean time I’ve been given two sets of tablets from my GP to help with my dizziness

Kelly, it could be a form of chronic migraine you are dealing with or even a sinus issue like polyps, or eusatchian tube dysfunction. Something like menieres disease usually strikes on ear in the beginning of the disease, and there are attacks of spinning dizziness that go away and return. The VNG/Caloric test can tell if the inner ear is the source. An ENT usually orders that test. If you check out ok with the ENT on the ear and sinus front, a neurologist would be next logical step to evaluate for migraine or other central nervous system disorders such as intracranial hypertension.

Sorry, meant to say ONE ear. Menieres usually starts in one ear but can progress to involve the other. Your symptoms do not sound typical for menieres, but an ENT workup can help to rule that out.

I don't think is meniere disease because meniere has episodes between 2-4 hours and then you are normal for the rest of the day . I had meniere several times in 2017 confirmed by 2 doctors.

So if you are dizzy for many hours on end it's maybe another ear condition.

When you land on the plane your ears go under intense pressure ,maybe you had a lingering ear condition than never exacerbated until that pressure trigger.
