Dizziness, headaches, foggy, pressure in head & plugged ears

It's happening again, everyday it's the same thing and I don't know how to calm myself down. I think when ever I get these feeling I am going to pass out and die instantly. The dizziness gets so bad I have to hold my head and close my eyes I don't understand it. I always think I'm having a heart attack, stroke, blood clot in my head or cancer all the time because doctors still don't know why I get these symptoms. I get anxiety so bad because of the pain I get and I keep thinking the worse things. I keep thinking that i am getting the wrong diagnosis from the doctors and if I ignore the pain it is actually something serious then it's too late to do anything about it.
Tests that I got done in the last 3 years were: xray of my head and neck, mri of head, numerous blood work. I have done physio, chiro, acupuncture and massage therapy. Only thing that kind of helps is massage therapy which is what I am still doing now.
I am getting no answers and just worrying everyday. I just want these symptoms to go away I want my life back I don't feel like the same person anymore.

same issue ... 2 months now already
by "accident" I took 60 mg pseudoephedrine hydrochloride pill, even tho my doctor told me that nothing is wrong with my sinuses... it helped sooo much .. even for few hours it made me feel normal again .. and what a feeling it was after a long depression
when I told my doctor about it, he simply said pseudoephedrine hydrochloride is a upper and thus the changes ... I don't care, I keep taking it and honestly it's helping me more than anhthing else I tried
I have MRI scheduled in 2 weeks, hoping for the best

I had the exact same symptoms. The ear/head pressure, dizziness, foggy head, congestion, panic attacks, etc. Numerous trips to the ER, tests for all these diseases & disorders.
I was convinced a physical condition was causing my mental distress. I think that is what we all fear, that we all have something terribly wrong with us. It is natural to worry about your health. But obsessively worrying about health/dying is where the problem begins.
I googled my symptoms. Worst thing to ever do. I joke around and tell people that no matter what symptom you google, it will tell you you're dying. Damn I crapped my pants, google says I'm dying.
Seriously though, once you have associated your symptoms to some life threatening disease your mind fixates on these symptoms obsessively, and body elevates its sensitivity to the symptoms to the point where that's all you can think about. The more you worry about it, the symptoms get worse. You get tested for one thing, negative. Get tested for another, negative. Well I must have a disease they haven't discovered yet. This is what I thought.
I got better. Not overnight. First I had to convince myself I'm not dying. Then I had to convince myself that the anxiety and stress cause the physical symptoms to manifest, not the other way around. That is what I practiced mentally. Physically I took better care of myself. Ate better, exercised, lost weight. Slowly the symptoms went away.
I still get anxiety from time to time and the symptoms start to reappear, but I understand that my anxiety is what triggers my symptoms. It's a hard thing for anyone else to understand. People just say not to worry about things. It's not that easy. I know how you all feel. I hope sharing my story might help some of you. You are not alone. You will get over this!

Yes I agree anxiety is a terrible thing and manifests itself in a lot of really weird symptoms but it's also really hard to ignore and always good to rule out the possibility of something serious.
That being said, I have had issues with my thyroid and rapid heart..hoping that my lightheadedness, leg pains, plugged ears and the latest pain in the artery of my neck were related. Doctors don't seem concerned..it's been aprox 2 years now and I'm still here.
A part of me will always wonder if I just find the right doctor.. 😉

But its not. Last night she was beyond dizzy and she was burning up. Today she is so dizzy she can barely move. She has been getting anxiety as well! And seeing all the comments on here and all of the people who have been feeling the same way and yet no doctors know what it is! If anyone has any idea as to what it is, please answer this comment.!

Hi. my sister is experiencing mostly vertigo and a little dizziness, nausea, constipation, pain in neck, left side under her breast (I think it's originating in stomach). To cut to the chase, we are now wondering if it's related to new meds or vitamins (B12) she is taking. Have you changed or added new meds, herbs or vitamins?
Also, the first vertigo episode subsided when she drank a lot of water and had a Bowel movement. She finally went to doctor; was given some pills for the vertigo but now it's started up again. She is considering stopping the new meds/vitamins for a time to see if It stops/changes. She is thinking about starting to taking one med/vitamin at a time to see If she can isolate the culprits. Hope this helps and you find your pathway to better health.

I am wondering if you still check this site. I am currently experiencing these same symptoms after being on Zoloft for 6 months and quitting quite quickly as my health care professional said it wouldn't be a problem. Are you any better?

I have all of those symptoms. I have ms but I also have inner ear issues. I have vestibulopathy which is weakness or damage of the vestibular nerve usually caused from the herpes virus. I also have vestibular migraine. There are few treatment options. One you can try is vestibular rehab with a physical therapist. I do a visually stimulating rehab that made me worse. I'm now going to try rehab through a physical therapist for 8 weeks 16 treatments.

I feel the same way I'm so frustrated and feeling sad every day. I have an appt with the ENT Dr. in a week but I think like someone mention above it could be silent migraines I do sometimes have the eye aurora. I feel foggy/dizzie sometimes slight pressure in the front of my head and stuffiness in my right ear. I'm afraid to go to far from home of fear that I might pass out. I don't want to take anti depressant drugs of fear that I might get hooked. I need some help quick. This is controlling my life.
