Dizziness, headaches, foggy, pressure in head & plugged ears

It's happening again, everyday it's the same thing and I don't know how to calm myself down. I think when ever I get these feeling I am going to pass out and die instantly. The dizziness gets so bad I have to hold my head and close my eyes I don't understand it. I always think I'm having a heart attack, stroke, blood clot in my head or cancer all the time because doctors still don't know why I get these symptoms. I get anxiety so bad because of the pain I get and I keep thinking the worse things. I keep thinking that i am getting the wrong diagnosis from the doctors and if I ignore the pain it is actually something serious then it's too late to do anything about it.

Tests that I got done in the last 3 years were: xray of my head and neck, mri of head, numerous blood work. I have done physio, chiro, acupuncture and massage therapy. Only thing that kind of helps is massage therapy which is what I am still doing now.

I am getting no answers and just worrying everyday. I just want these symptoms to go away I want my life back I don't feel like the same person anymore.

About a week ago I started getting the head pressure in my head.  It started with headaches then started getting more pressure.  I thought it was from wearing goggles while swimming plus going under the water while swimming.  I have been going to the gym to exercise in pool only for years but i just started swimming with my head underwater.  I haven't gone to the pool in a couple days and I am still having this head pressure, feeling like it's super hard to think.  Whenever I am in the store trying to make it decision on something it hurts so bad I want to hold my head.  Like a fullness in my head, my ears feel clogged.  Almost like I am drunk and I don't drink.  I hate this feeling.  I went to my Doctors and he sent me to emergency and they did all sorts of test, CT scan, bloodwork and such.  Nothing showed.  I am so upset about this.  I don't want to have to feel like this.  I see many are having the same issues.  It's so sad.

Me too.  I can't stand it.  Even laying down my head feels so spaced out.  I don't drink for this reason.  I'll take some tylenol but it doesn't do much.  Hope you can figure out what's wrong with you also.

I was so dizzy that I could barely walk. I still have dizziness everyday but not as bad. My ear is clogged and feel pressure. Have a ringing in ear that's killing me. Had to

Learn to deal with it till I see ENT and on top of that was hospitalized for 4 days. Cat scan and MRI done and blood test heat monitor and all vitals negative. Headache on the side of the ear where I have problems. I didn't work for two weeks and went back last week. I was told I had vertigo and some issues with my inner ear!

I did. Foggy brain, minor dizziness (mostly uncoordination like I was gonna fall randomly), my right eye was droopy, sticky feeling ear and pressure, anxiety of course, and left arm numbness like pins and needles.

Hi I know you wrote this about a year ago but wanted to check in to see if you've had positive progress.  I am suffering from very similar symptoms and my mind is completely running away from me.  You're the only one who mentioned droppy eye lid, which I'm experiencing.  Would love to hear from you!
