Dizziness, headaches, foggy, pressure in head & plugged ears

It's happening again, everyday it's the same thing and I don't know how to calm myself down. I think when ever I get these feeling I am going to pass out and die instantly. The dizziness gets so bad I have to hold my head and close my eyes I don't understand it. I always think I'm having a heart attack, stroke, blood clot in my head or cancer all the time because doctors still don't know why I get these symptoms. I get anxiety so bad because of the pain I get and I keep thinking the worse things. I keep thinking that i am getting the wrong diagnosis from the doctors and if I ignore the pain it is actually something serious then it's too late to do anything about it.
Tests that I got done in the last 3 years were: xray of my head and neck, mri of head, numerous blood work. I have done physio, chiro, acupuncture and massage therapy. Only thing that kind of helps is massage therapy which is what I am still doing now.
I am getting no answers and just worrying everyday. I just want these symptoms to go away I want my life back I don't feel like the same person anymore.

I was having very similar issues - a complete sense of imbalance, dizziness, lightheadedness, fullness in my ears, pressure behind right eye, droopy lid and serious fatigue.
I had an MRI and every bit of bloodwork under the sun. Neurologist said I had motion sickness, Physiatrist suggested Chronic Fatigue or Fibromyalgia. Primary Care physician said Anxiety. ENT said maybe some Vertigo or Vestibular issues but wasn't sure. Endocrinologist said nothing to do with Thyroid.
Functional Medicine Dr FINALLY insisted that I test for Lyme again. AND after seeing a Lyme Literate Dr I have just come to find out that in fact I do have LYME DISEASE.
I am just putting it out there for those of you who haven't been tested for it. Its a tricky and sneaky bacteria that hides.

Hi everyone,
I am having very similar symptoms to salsagirl20. I am 26 years old. I have been suffering from dizziness since March 2017. From then it seems like it progressed to pressure in the head, buzzing/ringing in the ears, sensitivity to light, blockage in ears when I yawn or blow my nose, pain behind the eyes... you name it, I have it. I am not driving at the moment as I am scared of passing out.
Tomorrow I have a minor operation to correct my deviated septum inside my nose. I cannot breathe well from my nose and hopefully this procedure will not only help me breathe better but also reduce the pressure in the head.
If the operation does not make a difference, I really do not know what to do. I have been to ENTs, cardio, gastro, neuro... they all seem to say I have anxiety - Which i do - but the pressure in the head is not anxiety, I know. It's so confusing and overwhelming.

I have basically all the same symptoms as many of you. I had my first attack about 8 years ago. I would always eventually bounce back but not from the last one last June. I'm constantly tired, foggy headed, off balanced, my eyes have a hard time focusing, they feel like they are rolling around. I have a headache everyday, sometimes it feels like my head is in a vice. It feels like on the left side of my head I was hit with something, very tender to the touch. I have extreme anxiety and only feel ok when lying in bed. My neck is so stiff it's painful. My head feels like it a bowling ball supported by a toothpick. I just want to feel normal. I'm so tired. I've had MRIs, vestibular therapy, etc, etc. I take Klonapin when really necessary. It somehow helps to read others suffer with me. I know my friends and family sympathize with me but sometimes I feel like they think I'm just complaining and it's all in my head. I know y'all know this is real. Someone please help!

for so many years I've suffered with these same symptoms that most people are talking about on here and I have to say it's one hell of a relief to know that I'm probably not dying, well not at this moment. Tonight was pretty bad... I felt dizzy couldn't hear anything felt like I was pretty much going to pass out and so I started looking up things on the internet and came across this... Thank you for everyone who contributed into this thread it's made me feel a crap ton better.
