Dizziness worse when hot?!

Posted , 12 users are following.

I've been dizzy for 10 years last March. I've noticed that being warm is making it worse.

Any other long term CONSTANTLY dizzy people having the same reaction?

It's 34 degrees here and I'm going crazy.

34 degrees! try an index of 107f or 41c in Florida - lots of rest. I know, not funny.

Yes likewise in Surrey.,too hot and humid. Makes everything you have to,do so much harder (And exhausting!) i find the only way to help is rest, drink more fluids, keep head cool with cold, packs.

Wow. 10 years. I'm at the 2 month mark.

I have noticed, even taking a shower or bath makes it worse.

Thank goodness I'm in Minnesota and it's winter, I can always step outside.

Has anyone had any luck with any medicines to slow/stop the dizziness?

I have had virtigo for over 20 years I have been to the doctors, the chiropractor, acupuncture and have had MRI's and no fix. I over heat. Last year I was sick for two weeks falling down and felt like I had a bad case of the flue. I feel for anyone who has this problem. I'm surprised I'm able to function at work. I've done the Eply manoeuvre and nothing works. If anyone has a suggestion let me know.
