Dla stopping Pip application

hello admin ..I have had the letter saying my pips forms are in way ,I am in no fit state to fill the dreaded forms in ..I have no one to help me ..please can you advise ..I am seeing mental health team late March but think that may be too late to ask for help ...I got in a bad way on phone just trying to apply pip 

I was on Dla both enchanhanced for indefinite 

sorry for being distressed I just don't know where to turn , it's my hekath and mental health now since I applied originally 

I can't deal with forms and stuff

    Hi everyone , I have had the dreaded pips form which they have only given me three weeks to sort...they have now given me an extension of two more weeks .,this looks like a new claim form and not continuing form the Dla which I have enhanced for indefiniate ..ha St hat letter two days before the pips one it's a joke ...

    how the hell do I get all the evidence they need please can someone advise ..I don't know who half my specialists are..I am going on insulin soon which will be after. The forms go back I am also only having first contact with mental health team ..so prob won't even be diagnosed ...this is making me sooo ill a Si we haven't enough to contend with , I have to wait till end of month before welfare rights can come and help with form ..,where do I start guys ?????
