Do I have cancer?

Hi, I haven’t posted in a while, but I posted on a while ago some of you may remember about a click on my neck that 2 doctors have told me is my hyoid bone and some cartilage, I have had blood tests and they came back fine, since then I noticed that when I tense my muscle under my jaw there is a lump the moves almost slides that sticks out one side and have also have jaw pain with this, I also have a lump on the bottom of my mouth near one of my teeth, dr said don’t worry you had it a year and nothing happened so don’t worry and see a dentist I saw a dentist and she shrugged it off didn’t say much, I also have been having for 6 weeks or so now a squeak in one of my lungs when I deep breath, and when I wake up and take a deep breath it hurts, along with pain in my ribs and lung and also a cough for over 6 weeks, but unsure if that’s me making myself cough and breathlessness, I haven’t seen the dr for that yet, but I’m 26 and I do smoke yes! I know I need to give up and I’m terrified that my throat/jaw/ mouth thing is cancer and it’s spread to my lungs now because he dr won’t didn’t investigate! I have been going out my mind and I can’t cope at all, I have been googling treatments for cancer and he success rates and stories to see what it’s like because I’m so convinced that I have it and I just can’t cope with daily life because all I think is by the time the dr finds it it will be too late or the treatment won’t work! Someone please help me I just need someone to help me!

Hi Chantelle, thanks for he reply! I don’t have enough hands to count how many times I believed I had cancer because of various symptoms that never went away! All caused by anxiety disorder, I have suffered with it for the last 9 years now, and am on waiting list for CBT, but I just want some help! I have had bloods when I was obsessed over my throat and they were fine, and now this chest pain thing  I literally feel like you don’t get a break it’s always a new symptom! And then worrying if it’s anxiety or something more! I just want atleast some advice or peoples opinions to because at the moment I spend everyday feeling awful both pyshically and mentally and just constantly feel like I’m going to die of cancer and when they finally find it it will be too late! I have a 4 year old daughter that I feel I can’t even Enjoy because it going to die

It shatter when I found my throat clicked when I looked up and opened my mouth, and dr said it was hyoid bone on cartilage, me being me couldn’t leave it alone and noticed on one side under chin when you clenched teeth the was a lump that moved there when you tensed it and it’s quite obviously there, then I obsessed about that and now this chest thing I’m on 26 so cancer being lung or throat is rare, but if they are going away and surely it’s something serious, and now all the symptoms of my chest say lung cancer and I smoke which I think I shall gave up now! 😂
