Do I have oral herpes or just throat infection

so about about 2-3 weeks i had unprotected sex with a female, we kissed she gave me oral sex and i did for only a min or 2 but only on the clit,fingered her and we had sex. I've been paranoid for the first few days then kinda decided to see and wait. about 2-3 days ago at night my throat started hurting so i took something for it. the day after i realized i had a a reddish throat with white patches on it, i couldn't swallow at all cause of the pain or speak and i really didn't know if on the side of my lip was a cold sore or just a cut cause i couldn't remember when i got it but i usually get cuts there,which everyone says its just a cut, then i started getting little blisters on my mouth but not to many and on the roof two little lumps, my jaw hurts, my glands hurt, my body did, head and ears hurt at times, and i felt like i had fever cause of hot i was and sometimes get chills but i was just under it , id wake up sweaty but i haven't today or felt the chills or too been to hot. my penis hasn't gotten any symptoms of herpes, my family says its just a throat infections or something like that because at night i do sleep with my hair wet with a air conditioner right beside me in a basement every night. now my headaches and ear pain come every now and then and it hurts when i eat but i can and the red with white patches stuff at the back of my throat are less due to home made ingredients like lime tea. but i do have little ulcers on my mouth or blister at the back of my tongue and my mouth is very sensitive or very little blisters on my gums but now i do cough up very little phlegm. I've been very paranoid and scared because the symptoms i have are very similar to herpes and strep throat so i don't know which one i have and the cut or sore makes me wonder what it is but everyone says its a cut and when i showered today i sneezed and i got a little headache but i dried my hair and it went away so id appreciate so much if someone could help me and my tongue would get little normal blister when i drank kinda hot things and still kinda hurt its only been 3 about to be 4 days I've had this but still no sign on my penis and my mouth has touched everything that my penis did that night like mouth and clit plus i had sex and fingered her and nothing there until now so please help me
