My physical symptoms of anxiety seem to never go away 😟 does anyone else have the same thing and is this normal? I'm sick of it and because it's always here I think there definately is something wrong with me! It's horrible living like this.
Also, when you start to obsess with one symptom (me chest pain mainly breast) I feel like it's actually something serious and its like I'm seeing more symptoms of it being serious. It's hard to describe but if you obsess that much always lookin etc if it possibly for you to make up new physical symptoms in your head?? I'm making myself go mad. Want my pain to
Go away and it won't which makes me more anxious.
Thanks for reading, Nicola xx

Hi.... I had my first attack about 2 months ago and now I'm graduated to suffering daily.
I seem to have the same outcome as everyone else. ~Chest pains
~Tingling left side from my face to chest and even down my arm
~throat feels like it's closed shut
~pounding heart
~heart rate sky rockets (174 at the highest I recorded)
~blurred vision
~breaking out into a sweat
~shivering
I've now been to the hospital (ER) 3 times and I drove there to sit outside while going through this.
Been taking Zoloft for 3 days and Xanax when needed but nothing seems to be helping yet.
Went to a cardiologist and did a "lifewatch" to monitor myself for 7 days. Kinda funny that barely nothing happened but I'm grateful. Go back to the cardiologist this Friday for results and stress test.
I'm so over this disorder or whatever it is.
I just want my life to go back to normal.

I went through everything you mentioned. It's scary to feel like your about to die when I'm a healthy person. This started in February. I'm ready to scream!!! I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Has anyone been out of work at all for this issue? I feel like I can't function like a normal person.
Once I do feel normal and begin to relax it starts again.

Did you have to quit or was your dr able to get you on FMLA or short term disability?
I'm worried about my job that it's not going to be approved but this is such a serious condition.
I feel like a lot of people who never experienced it don't understand how it feels.

Has your Dr prescribed you any medications?
I'm taking Zoloft daily and Xanax when needed. They presecribed me Ativan also but I haven't taken that yet.
Supposedly my thyroid levels were hypo so I also have a prescription for that as well.
I can't keep track of everything and I've been to so many drs and ER visits.
I'm scared to see what these medical bills are gonna look like.

Yes what ever you think in your head that's wrong with you. will actually make it happen. Anxiety attackscan make you feel like your having everything from heart attacks stroke low sugar . even though my doctor tells me I'm very healthy . I still feel something is wrong or he missed something. it's all in our minds that is making us sick . I don't know why it's gotten this far but I will deal with it . What does work is not being afraid to die and do your best to enjoy life hangout with friends keep your mind busy with positive thoughts

does anyone reading this experience muscle jerks(fasciculations), inner head sensation like your head is exploding, feeling like you're frozen and can't move, to feeling unable to talk, while also perceiving the world as very distorted. my 'anxiety' symptoms started off harmless, but now i'm just all messed up. i do not even fret over things. i just have constant and strange symptoms that have been going on for years now. i can hardly drive anymore, especially on freeways.

Yes I do! When I feel frozen I make myself get up and when I feel I can't talk a make myself talk otherwise I'll get into a cycle like b4 when I couldn't drive or leave the house
