Does anyone else have the chest, breathing and stomach issues? I wake up feeling a bit shaky almost everyday.

    Also forgot to mention that days two and three of this shortness of breath caused me extreme stomach pain and gas. I was taking gas pills because I was doubled over in pain. The video I mentioned explains why that happens and how if your not breathing correctly you actually cause your body's own natural gases to get totally out of wack. I haven't had any of those symptoms since ststopping breathing through my mouth. Good luck!
