Does anyone else have tinybumps all over the actual glans of penis like this?

I'd really like to know if anyone has this? I have ppp as you'd normally find on the rim of the glans but I also have all these tiny white bumps on the glans itself.

I'm not sure how long they've been there I don't believe they just apeared out of nowhere but I'm really noticing them now and stressing out over it.

I sent a pic to the doc cause they are closed in person and they said they thought the ones on the glans were normal but wasnt sure about around the rim.

She sent the pic to a dermatologist and they said its normal its Pearly Penile Papules but wasn't clear if the meant just the rim or not.

Doc said it doesnt look anything like warts and all my std tests came back negative.

They don't itch or anything, just unsightly and from what I've read ppp is normaly just the corona. I've read like articles where it mentions just the glans in general so maybe it's just that

They are ABSOLUTELY genital warts! These small white warts have spread like WILDFIRE and are now ENDEMIC to all sexually active populations thanks to BS like this "ppp" crap and IDIOT doctors who should lose their license. I suspect a popular cervical cancer vcaccine to be behind all of this "ppp" fordyce spots crap online as a whitewash to avoid massive liability and that company's leadership should be investigated and if theres a cover up should be given the death penalty. Use ANY hookup website and swap pics and you will see these are now infecting the MAJORITY of genitalia. HUGE COVERUP. AND those are the FACTS. Doctors overpaid IDIOTS.
