Does anyone have any experience with white coat syndrome?

    My girlfriend has terrible white coat hypertension. At the drs office her systolic pressures always very high around 190 while her diastolic barely reaches 90-100. Whenever I check it at home its usually 130-136/80.

      Hi, WCS can send it through the roof, has she been monitored by her GP, if she has and he is happy that it is just WCS then she should stop fretting about it, check it maybe twice a week and also make sure your monitor is calibrated regularly
