does anyone have constant pain and burning round back as well as upper right quadrant

hi i was diagnosed in june and went to doctor in terrible pain she took a liver function test and it came back that i had an infection. got antibiiotics and felt better she suspected gall stones and arranged a scan there and then in her surgery. sure enough letter came for scan with in 10 days. im still waiting to hear about op. i'v been in constant pain since october and went to the emergeny room at the hospital. who gave me co-codamol 30/500. i am burning and cant bend down for a stabbing pain under right rib. i also have a hernia now and burning has started 7 days ago on my right side at my waste i feel it burning when i get up from lying down. even if i touch my gall bladder area it is so tender to touch.i feel as if my flesh is tearing underneath my skin. and all the body aches and pains are unbelievable i did not know you could get so much pain from gall stones and i worry that it coud be something else. iv' lost my appetite and lost a stone in 3 weeks. had anyone else got this burning pain as i keep worrying that its something else. its right down at the right side of my waste. and when i reach up to get something i feel a pain in my gall bladder area. sorry for moaning but im worried. and on my own. and senior citizen.sorry for spelling mistakes. im so wound up about all this and on those pain killers i'v been sleeping all day. thanks for any help anyone can give me.

Im not suggesting that you have this , only that if the pain is terrible then go to a & e , if it's really bad then call an ambulance .
They won't think you are being a nuisance , gallstones are known to be very very painful and not everybody can wait for weeks or months on a waiting list , as they become more ill , more quickly than others .

I was diagnosed in December last year and had to wait till the end of ~April this year to have my gallbladder removed.
They do not consider you an emergency case unless you become jaundiced with it.
I am better than I was with the gallstones though not completely settled down.
So I went back to GP who suggested I had Gastroscopy (camera down my throat). So I had this on Friday. The result is that I have a Hiatus Hernia.
Apparently it is quite common and they are not planning on doing anything about it. Told me to just keep taking Anit Acid tablets.

I think the right sided pain is to do with the hernia. I am short so I feel it when I am stretching up to reach things.
