DOES PERI AND MENO AFFECT VISION ?

Ladies today my vision seems off. At times it gets blurry, takes time to adjust. Was at work when it started and had a major panic attack. My boss sent me home because of so many symptoms. This is the first time experiencing this. Also light sensitivity. Has this happened to anyone. I am so bothered. Help

I have been getting this and I am nearing the end of perimenopause. A few days ago I noticed it was hard to see TV clear, thought it was dry eye so I used eye drops prescribed for that but it did not help, then yesterday I got my period so I feel like there is a hormonal association with it. For the last three years I have also gotten ocular migraines or that other one where I forget the name where my eyes blur for about 20 minutes (without headache) and then suddenly returns. This only happened once each year for the last three years but I had my eyes checked by an eye surgeon and he said eyes were perfectly fine. He used a high tech machine and looked through and behind my eyes, nothing. Since this comes and goes I feel like it's hormonal.
