Does sertaline work??

Is there anyone who had been on this drug and feel it works for them / doesn't ? 

I've been on it now for nearly a month and I feel really bad still, I thought I would feel a difference by now ? 

I've got suicdle thoughts, no life worth, lathargic, over eating ,needing something sugary to eat, and worrying, anxiety, panic, very depressed, it's just getting out of hand now sad 

Anybody feels better / worse ?

    I'm on week 3 and the side effects are coming and going I thought they would be away by now ,I had a few days of feeling okay but the anxiety is coming back, I had a few glasses of wine at the weekend and it knocked me sideways, any info would be greatly appreciated .

       I'm back to the docs today, it's 4 weeks for me & the anxiety is still very much there .. sad 

      I haven't drank on these, so a wouldn't know babes ... It does say not to have alcohol at all on the listing of the drug ..

      A hope your ok Hun xx I was also reading what this drug reacts with, & a lot of pain medication is on aswell.. So check it out x just incase .

      A knew what they would do ... They've upper them to 150mg .. & beacuse of my increase of weight gain & wanting sugared things .. In having bloods done & a health check ..

      Oh Hollie that's a shame , I had a sleepless night last night and worked today I am ready to drop !!!! Maybe getting your bloods checked is a good thing ! Hope your okay hon, and I too am always here to chat ! I have never been on any meds before so this is all new to me ! Take care xxx
