Does this look like any std??

recapping: around 4 months ago i had a protected sexual encounter with a woman ( lasted maybe 2 minutes tops) i am always paranoid the condom will come off so i hold it at the base (silly i know). well ine day out of the clear blue sky i decided hey i havent checked on my gentials in a while. so i look at the top and everythiing is fine but if i flip it over and on my head there is a red patch of skin. i of course launch into panic mode and start messing with it. stretching the skin and such. i dont see anything suspect when i stretch the skin. but i couldnt let it go so i put 5% acidity ACV to the area.

and well it burned me. i see this one spot on my skin which when im looking top down i see it but when i look at it from the side it...disappears??? turns into a wrinkle?? idk. i consulted a teledoc dermatologist and he said it was nothing to be worried about (docs offices in my town are closing due to covid.) what do yall think?
