Does this look like lichen?

i went to the doctor today for very bad vaginal itching and labia itching. she said it probably has to do with my pH because i dont have a yeast infection. but it itches really bad. and behind my labia ive always had white discharge stuff that i can only get off with a qtip

    I'm not a medical professional by any means but I've had LS for 7 years and that is exactly what mine looks like I'm afraid (the white patches). Go back to the doctor and ask to be referred to a dermatologist who knows about LS. They will be able to do a biopsy and get you diagnosed officially. You need to treat with a steroid ointment and moisturiser. Try not to itch it if you can (I know it's hard!). Lots of useful info on this forum xxx
