Does anyone have tips to enable me to sleep on my back after surgery. Should I buy a V pillow!!!! Also, how long do I have to sleep on my back.
Took delivery of a large piece if foam to put on a chair as my suite is too low so uncomfortable!!!!

From day 1, I sleep with a fairly thick pillow under my knees and use a flat pillow under my neck. Keeps my back firmly straight on bed which I believe has helped tremendously with my sciatica. I still sleep this way even tho its been 3 months even tho I don't have to. When I do sleep in my side I use the same pillow between my knees.
