Dying 😥

My heart feels like it's going to stop and just give up does anyone get where there heart beats so slow then thumps and goes really fast but it don't seem like it's beating properly? Iv had this doom feeling on me like I'm going to die real soon also have where I don't feel real n everything around me is a dream

    michaela, It is anxiety causing an extra beat, but it does feel like ur heart stops and then kicks in again. My friend is a cardiologist who explained after he put a heart monitor on me for 24 hours exactly what my heart was doing and it is only anxiety. I have since had this off and on for years now. It many times is my warning I am getting more stressed than I think. I promise u that ur o.k.

      Hey kathy I feel so horrid I feel like there's something wrong my chest hurts but Iv been to the hospital before with chest pain they said if ur having chest pain and u press down on ur chest and it hurts there's nothing to worry about cos it's muscular pain.. But no me don't take that in I'm gettin pain all under my left breast and centre of my chest. What if this is a heart attack 😢

    Good morning Micheala Hope all is well, I am 31 years of age and I always think I am dying but the fact is we are not its part of your anxiety dont worry easier said then done I have down loaded a book from the internet its called when panic attacks you should read it, its quiet good or do some exercise but the best thing will prob be some cbt do you suffer with panic attacks also x

      Iv had cbt the lot 😔.. How can anxiety cause so much symptoms!! I feel like I'm going crazy. It's my 20th next week and all I'm thinking is I'm not going to make it I know I won't , sorry ur going through it aswell x

      Oh my love you remind me so much of me I think I have anxiety all my life really but ive had spells of  very bad anxiety where it is constantly their when i was 18 when i was 25 and when and now again at the grand age of 30 hahahahahahahahahah and sorry Iam laufing cause if we dont lauf we will cry your not going to die anytime soon trust me all will be fine you need to get yourself out of this xx

      Hate anxiety!!! Yeah I know I'm always crying like a big baby!! What symptoms do you get? Where abouts are you from?x

      dont hate it cause you will make it worse im from ireland but im living in london now i know how you feel you have to help yourself are you on medication x well i just have really strange feelings sometimes but im trying to handle it like i have apain in my leg ive a blood clot likre thing s like that i think i have clammy hands fast heart lump in throat floaters in eyes when panic attacks happen they last for two hours i had ambulance come to work the other day very embarrasssing cause i taught i was having an anurism eeekkkkkk what symthoms do you get

    michalea I also had the dreamlike feeling many times. The first time was 30 years ago and the Dr. had no idea what I was talking about back then which freaked me out even more, only to find out it is derealization that many many people get with anxiety

    Sweetie, this is normal in anxiety. (((hugs))) it doesn't make it easy to cope with though does it? Have you tried to do some deep breathing when this happens? I take a deep breath in whilst counting to five in my head, hold it for five and then breathe out while counting to five. This just helps me to slow my breathing and focus.x

      No it doesn't make it easier to cope with its horrible 😩, I do try deep breathing everything just seems so hard x

      I know sweetie, honestly I do. The odds of you actually having a cardiac event are next to nothing, please believe me. I've talked about this in other threads, but I've taken up adult colouring books. Focusing on the details in the pictures really helps.x

      Yes. I take Venlafaxine, Buspirone and also Diazepam when I get really bad.x
