Ear, neck and arm pain

Have any of experieced pain behind the ear on the left side which sometimes alternates to your neck and or arm on the left side? Sometimes my jaw on that side feels tight too. Just wondering?

    I started perimenopause like 3 months ago about a month ago I started getting this weird pain on my right side of the ear inside in the back shoulder my eyes feel like it's dry but then it gets watery can anybody shed some light here and explain to me if this is perimenopause

    I feel the same way too and kept on googling and shows like occipital neuralgia...feel better to read this discussion..my dr referred  me to a rheumatologist because of my complaints and other reason is my bloodwork got positve of antinuclear antibody...so i dont know if this pain is related to this findings..still waiting to see the rheumatologist though...
