    Morning Kevin,

Two hours since you posted on here so hope you have mnanaged to go back to bed for a catch up sleep. I was up at 5am which is usual for me but I do go to bed every afternoon for an hour. Not that I'm uncomfortable in bd anymore. 7 weeks in and can sleep well on both sides now thank goodness, what a nightmare the first few weeks having to stay on my back. We all get through it though I did seem to have about 18 pillows around me at one time!

I suppose the trick is to allow yourself to simply go to bed or put your feet up when you get the sudden need to. I sometimes feel a bit overwhelmed by the sudden loss of energy but Consultant said last week that is normal and it will pass but could take up to 12 months before everything feels right.

    Take care
