Had an endoscopy 3 days ago : 1 day ago I started to feel soreness in my stomach , just below the rib cage ,especially when I push on it -- The resultsof the endoscopy were that I had H----, for which I have not started to take the meds as yet . I am concerned that something was stirred by the procedure ???

You should not stop the antibiotic treatment as it creates antibiotic resisistance & you will not get rid of your infection easily. If you have side effects from the antibiotics then speak to your GP who can adjust the dosage or put you on another antibiotic.Finish your course as prescribed.

I only took it one day and than stopped(shouldn't be a problem) -- got dizzy and felt terrible -- called the doctor and he has substituted Flagyl instead of the Clarithomycin ,along with the rest of the antibiotics -- I'll wait until after Thanksgiving to start the treatment again ------hope I don't get all the symptoms that are possibilities --
