enlarged lymph nodes for 9 months

My lymph nodes in neck, armpit anf groin have been enlarged for 9 months. Am very breatless and itch at night. Also have raised red rash on knee that comes and goes. Could this be lymphoma.

    I have been diagnosed with stage 1 sarcoidosis. No treatment needed. Have been reffered to a cardiologist to rule out angina. I have been told to stay active

      I am so pleased to hear that no treatment is needed, you must be very relieved. Yes, stay active, get those lungs working and eat healthy. Stage 1 is the best outcome. Stay well and good luck.
