Can anybody explain I have briefly looked into the 3 different hormones and I know that estriol is the less potent of the 3 and some ladies refer to estriol as non HRT ?

I usually put my patients on Bi-st Cream (50% Estradiol/50%Estriol) and average dose can be about 0.5-1mg/day. A blood test may not be accurate if using Bi-est Cream.
I don't necessarily look at the ratio but make sure that the woman gets enough Progesterone to manage her symptoms, help he bones and protect her uterus (if still has one). Ypu can send me a private message if you wish. Thank you
