anyone using Evening primrose oil capsules.

is this helpful in Peri ?

My Gyn gave this yesterday ?

Thinking will have or not ?

its useful ..anyone tried ?

its has any side effect ??

    I took Evening primrose oil in the mid 80's for a few years before I had my hysterectomy. They worked fine for me and helped a little with the period pains. It did take a little while before they took effect so keep on taking them.....
