Everyday dizziness while walking, standing and feeling unbalanced on my feet.

I have dizziness everyday while walking, standing as well as feeling off balance, unsteady on my feet like I am gonna fall over. I have had my ears checked by an ENT doctor in 2014 and he said I had menieres disease so he treated it as that but medicine didn't help so went to another ENT doctor in 2015 who said I don't have menieres disease but have hearing loss in both ears and did a test on my vestibular function which he said was normal so he referred me to a neurologist and I went and had an MRI done which was normal as well. I have had blood work done in November last year and my white blood count was a little high but not concerning and everything else was normal....no diabetes. Also had a stress test done on heart and was normal. I am at my wits end with this cause I don't know what's going on. I plan to see an eye doctor soon. Oh and I was diagnosed with anxiety 4 months ago but this dizziness and off balance feeling has been going on for 2 years now. I am on blood pressure medicine too. don't know what else to do. Does anyone have these same symptons ?

There are vision problems, however, that produce symptoms you would not immediately connect with your eyes. Headaches and bouts of dizziness may be diagnosed as vertigo or migraine, but is actually a binocular vision dysfunction, like vertical heterophoria (VH).

I realize that doing vestibular exercises helped myself, give it a try. You will feel giddy while doing them but the point is to train your brain to get used to it. The video below is very comprehensive.

Hi, ive just seen your message, how are you now ? I have been dizzy for 16 years, i was told i had mdds, today i was told i have pdds. Im on Prozac for it as it helps the balance. Ive also got to have rehabilitation. It trains the brain to cope with walking again, and doing different things . Id love to know how your doing now?

Hello suzie. I still have the dizziness and balance issues everyday. After seeing several doctors, the last one being a neurologist who said he thinks it is anxiety related and that I should talk with a psychologist. I already see a psychiatrist for that so I don't know. You said you do therapy so what does that involve ? I have never heard of pdds and after seeing several doctors wouldn't they have mentioned I could have that based on my symptoms. I take klonopin for my anxiety but it does not help much with the dizziness as nothing else does either. I don't know what to do anymore.

Hi everyone. I felt dizzy and out of balance for 2 years, I went to several doctors, they didn’t do anything to solve the problem. Then I started to do some vestibular exercises that I found on YouTube. I been taking some vitamins and dopamucona and
Ginkgo biloba one capsule of each every day. Now I can tell you guys that I feel much much better my dizziness and off balance it’s minimum now.
