Excessive Yawning and Constant Need to Breathe Deep
Posted , 480 users are following.
For the past few days, I've been yawning a lot, much more than average (once every few minutes I feel the need). If I'm not yawning I'm breathing in as deep as I can to get similar "satisfaction". Often I cannot get the "satisfaction" from these and so the urge grows and grows, meaning it can get quite uncomfortable. When I do manage it, the urge is back a few seconds later. This is whether I'm tired or not, almost all day.
I'm not particularly anxious about anything in particular, and get the same amount of sleep as before this started.
This also happened at some point within the past year which continued for a month or two if I remember correctly.
Does anyone have any idea what it is or how to make it a bit better?
Thanks.

HI,
I had posted a long time ago about how mine went away. I was struggling with this for 5 months and got xrays and checkups and no one could tell me what was wrong because the tests were coming out fine. I started seeing a chiropractor here in Indianapolis that specializes in ART its a technique that not every chiropractor uses. I saw him twice a week for almost three months and by the GRACE of God I was healed and could breathe normally again. I recommend looking into chiropractors that specialize in that. This is something terrible and the worst feeling ever not being able to breathe fully and always yawning but it worked for me.

Has anyone tried pure O2 while having symptoms? I dont't have access to it, but it would be interesting to find out how it affects a person at 1-6 lpm

I feel like this and have for 2 years. I have had a million tests run on my heart abs lungs. All normal. On the worst days my shallow breathing really makes me very very tired. Like all I can do is sleep kind of tired. I cut back on gluten and dairy thinking it might be one of those, but it still comes at times when I have none. It is effecting my life so much that I rarely get to go have any fun.

I mean reflux. It might be the cause of it all, but this has been a huge battle if thats all it is. Also have daily headaches and chronic migraines.

Not really. There are really bad days/weeks and some are not so bad.
