So sorry hun!! I can relate totally to your symptoms.... ALL of them! I too went through it a while back , got over the hump and thought I was good to go but no, it resurfaced again a year later .... such a roller coaster 😢
Does help to read others going through the same thing! When I lay in bed exhausted but can't sleep and my anxiety is high from thoughts of what's going on I many times look here for comfort 😊Because most of the time , no one in your personal life relates to your crazy symptoms at the time lol making us feel even crazier!!
Hope you are feeling better now!!!

Awww Epsom salts !! Lots of benefits for sure
I have slacked off on my salt baths lately because I've been so busy but know I feel better when I can relax in a tub of epsom 2-3 times per week!!
Enjoy!!!

Awww hugs to you!!!
Yes I've had the tightness in the chest and feeling shortness of breath ... bloating too... in the beginning that's what sent me to the doctor who did EKG immediately and then followed up with gi scans , ultrasounds, gallbladder HIDA scan and endoscopy!! Everything came back normal except I had a small hiatal hernia. Can be ever so exhausting!!! I stay tired most of the time though ughhhh. I've changed my diet since then and realized for whatever reason I can not eat everything I used to love and not have any problems with
The bloating still seems to come out of nowhere at times and makes me miserable .... but the others have gotten much better!! What seemed like a constant problem , causing my anxiety to kick into full gear, now only happens periodically and not as bad... usually due to something I ate or my cycle .
So know you are not alone at all!!!
So many of us have had the same symptoms at some point. If it weren't for everyone's stories and comments here I'd be insane , literally.
Lots of hugs to you! Hope you feel better very soon! Hang in there and keep telling yourself it's temporary and part of our female makeup. You will persevere!!! 😘

Hi Marisol, I've been having tightness in chest and shortness of breath symptons for a year and a half now...I find it the scariest of all the issues I get...a lady on this site advised me to try breathing excercises when it happens and a very spiritual friend advised as soon as I know it's coming or I know I will be in a situation that triggers it (for me it's heat) to try and 'centre myself'...ive been practising all day...I think it's definitely going to be something that takes practice and time...but it DID work for a short while when I did it (I've lost count of how many attacks I had today) ...hopefully with time it will minimise the intensity....hope it helps for you too if you try it x

Hi Maris,
This is my first day on the forum and your comments jumped right out at me. Trust me, you're not alone. Can so relate to all the symptoms that you have listed above. And in the words of Mickey Flannagan 'THIS AIN'T NO DISCO MAN!!!!!!!
Insomnia at the moment is absolutely crippling me. Can't get to sleep till about 5.00am then the alarms goes off at 6.30am. Have been prescribed antidepressents and to take the occasional sleep tablets or nytol. Feel like I'm going mad at times.
Please don't take this the wrong way but it's comforting to know that we're not alone in all of this.
Perhaps a good time to visit your doctor Maris and see how they can help in the short-term. Palpitations - tick - welcome to my world. Bloated and indigestion - tick. Have to sit up in bed - tick. Insomnia - the biggest tick at the moment. Brain fog - tick. Hope all this helps Maris. Look forward to hearing from you. Trust me - you are not alone!!!!!

Hi Maris,
Thank you for replying back to me. And thank you for your words of support - means a lot!!
With diet now, I try not to eat too late in the evening and have tried to reduce the amount of spicy food that I eat (which is extremely difficult as this is one of my favourite foods). Also, have heard that banana's are great for helping with sleep, warm milk before bed and not drinking caffeine after noon. So am trying all of this in attempt to get a 'natural' nights sleep instead of pill-induced. Early days yet - managed to get about 3 1/2 hours last night - doesn't sound alot I know but at least I've had some!! Hopefully, we will start to feel better soon (with God's help as you said) and the light at the end of the tunnel won't feel like an oncoming train!! So glad that things are improving a little for you Maris. Will explore the stomach bloating issue online to see what can find out for you. Sending hugs!!! Emm
