Experiencing UTI? Prostrate enlargement? No idea.

Please help.
Recently, I started experiencing discomfort around abdomen and symptoms that look like UTI. I usually feel pressure around my abdomen that comes with the need to pee. There's no pain or burning sensation when I pee (Maybe slight burn when I try to think about it after peeing), when I go to pee it usually takes a couple more seconds for urine flow to start (sometimes I need to push a little). Lately, I have to wake up from sleep to go pee, I noticed the urine dribbles sideways or split during this time and around morning when I wake up. During day time, it usually fine except the delay in starting urine flow. I have gone to see three doctors, nothing helpful so far. The first doctor I went to see prescribed an alkalizer syrup which helped with the discomfort around the abdomen. The delay in starting urine and the late night bathroom problem still exist. I have done several urine CS and Urinalysis. Every time,
The doctors said everything was fine. I also did a full bladder ultrasound scan and everything seems fine there too. My doctor said I was too young to have prostrate enlargement but I looked up the symptoms online and they match with mine. I recently turned 25 years few days ago. This has been stressing me out lately. Any information that'll help? Thanks.

When you did your bladder/ultrasound did they have you drink about a liter of water before the ultrasound? They had me do that and I ended up with about 1800 cc in my bladder. I didn't know I was having urinary retention to that extent because I couldn't really feel it. Made me feel sick to my stomach sometimes though, especially in the morning. I was having the same symptoms as you with the split stream and having to urinate (several times a night for me). It was overflow and I had to have about 450 cc in my bladder to get anything at all out. My problem is BPH though; I had developed prostatitis from chronic urinary retention. As soon as I started self-cathing my creatine level, from my kidneys being overworked and my PSA level started heading in the right direction. I had no idea I was retaining so much urine and my GP didn't seem to catch on for months either. I ended up with incontinence for several weeks before we figured it out.

I found this post elsewhere on this site. Apparently people of your age can develop BPH, so maybe you need to see another urology specialist.
