Extreme fatigue, weakness, exhausted and don't know why

I am suffering from extreme fatigue and exhaustion and every test is coming back negative. Except for vitamin d deficiency. Vitamin d is just a missing part to my symptoms. I am worried that it's my adrenals and maybe thyroid. I finally got my doctor to refer me to an endo.

Still waiting for approval from my insurance. I was wondering if anyone with adrenal problems have similar symptoms as mine.

I awake very tired in the mornings unreplenished from sleep and I am very hungry, I have to eat something. I have to eat every 3 hours or I get weak.

My fatigue is physical and some what brain fog. I can't function normally any more on a daily basis. Doing simple chores exhaust me. Some days I am unable to do anything not because I am lazy but I don't have the energy. It feels like I am recovering from running a marathon.

My fatigue started in October with a stressful job and doing too much. The fatigue just started getting worser as time went on. The lighthead, head pressure, irregular hearbeat, palpitations, irregular highblood pressure spikes, neck and shoulder pain and hands and legs get heavy at night, fingers sometimes get numb.

I don't get replenish from eating or sleeping. I don't understand it. What is wrong with my body? I've never been this sick in my life. Always been healthy except for doing a little bit more than I should.

Some days I feel like this his how it feels like to slowly die. Wondering if my body will eventually shut down. It's been 7 months just sitting and waiting for more tests and suffering.

Any insight or advice on what test to request to take from endo and questions to ask.

Thank you

I’m not getting better.    Keep getting worse.     Probably because of depression from losing my health and happiness.    Made myself get fired cuz I can’t do anything anymore.    How did you wind up stop working?

We’re yiu able to get disability?    I called a firm to get started but they said I need official diagnosis first and then go from there?    Tomorrow have dr appointment and I have told him that we’ve ruled everything out and that I have CFS.   I think he knows that now.   It’s time to get diagnosed.    I try so hard to find anything else.  Can’t find anything anymore.   Only thing we found was vitamin d deficiency and I was so excited because I thought it’s time for recovery.    Obviously that didn’t happen for us.    Also I see your comment on B6 where you were excited to for recovery.    Apparently CFS is a whole different level of fatigue and other symptoms.

Everyday I cannot believe how this has all went down.   I had this gradually hit before  I turned 50 and symptoms just kept on building.    Had no idea what I was dealing with.    Still don’t.   Just feels like it’s way too much to have a happy productive life.    Have to accept new life and hope for some recovery.

I’ll have to look into root cause protocol.    Who got you going on that.    When were you finally diagnosed with CFS?    What did you think?  Was it somewhat of a relief?

I know it’s scsry because nobody knows anything about it.   Wish I had cancer or HIV or something that was understood and treated.

Do you think you actually should have more testing to find something else?     Any other possibilities?    It sucks when you run out and have to settle for CFS.    How old are you?

Glad I contacted you.     Wish it was for a good reason.

Hope you are well as can be and I’ll stay in contact.

If you ever want to talk we could figure that out I imagine.

    Have a good day Taro

Hi, taro93814. Have you had a workup for Hyperparathyroidism? I was diagnosed with it in 2003 and it sounds like you could possibly have it. It causes a lot of problems within the body. The best website to read for this is www.parathyroid.com. It was created by a doctor in Tampa, FL, USA who specializes in it and does surgery on the parathyroids. When I was diagnosed with it the Endo I was seeing at the time prescribed 50,000 international units of Vitamin D to take once a week. I'm still on it and it has helped me. Take care.
