fatigue + weak achey legs ! Any advice appreciated

Hi guys,

Sorry in advance if this isn't the right place to post - new here!

Basically I've been suffering from fatigue and aching muscles for a few years now, I'm only a 23yr old man but feel about 3 times that. I'll wake up and feel like I haven't slept, with legs usually aching, if I do anything physically too demanding the exshuation I feel is to the point where I can't stand up properly until I rest. It's been suggested that because I wasn't active atall for years that could of caused issues? I'm trying very hard to jog and walk as much as possible to strengthen but it's very difficult. If it's just weak muscles then what is causing me to feel like I could sleep at any given moment?

I've alway wanted to be a photographer but I've had to change my vocation to behind the scenes so I can be sat down all day. I just want to feel like a normal person again, doctors help to and extent but I don't feel like I'm being taken seriously.

I've done sleep studies and all my results suggest I sleep normally.

Just wondering if anyone had any advice or similar issues and could suggest what to look into next ?

Thanks so much for reading and your time.

Gary
