I don’t know what happen to me everything looks okay to me but still I have bad fear about death whatever I do I try to stop thinking but fear about death still in my head I don’t know what to do please help me if anyone else has issue

Hello. I'd like to reply to this. I worry about death because of all the health adverts on TV. I sometimes have to walk out or do without a TV. I don't smoke, rarely drink and eat healthy. I also used to study about health at college but it turned into a fear and I had to go on medication for a while. When I was in my teens and the era I lived in was all about living it up and making yourself unwell and not bothering how much people, smoked, ate or drank. Since the 1990s on wards it's the opposite. I do without a TV because of it and I live alone. Is your problem the same.
