    I think I am a bit like that too - most of the time I am able to get on with it but sometimes just can't.   If I am planning for something then I think if every eventuality I what could go wrong.   It's not nice!

    Hi Kittbudd,

    I am sorry you have been feeling so bad. I have problems with anxiety but not as you describe. I think the replies in this discussion could be helpful for you: https://patient.info/forums/discuss/health-anxiety-270592

    I think you should discuss this with a doc or therapist or at least a family member/close friend you can trust so that you can have extra support.

    Sorry I cannot help more but I hope the link to the other discussion helps and even the fact that I replied!

    Best wishes,

    We all have fears but you have to change the way you think and speak, laugh at the fears and yourself its your personality. Love life and people and keep outside the home. If you get sick so what, you'll do the routine of rest and meds. And be on your way. You get sick so what tell yourself. You just fix it laugh you defeated it and move forward.😊

      We all want to run but it goes with us. I accept it as part of me and who iam . Learn to laugh at yourself. And things that break or go wrong can be fixed.

    So sorry to hear how bad you are suffering! It's easy for people to say "pull yourself together"and stuff like that but I know from experience how bad you feel I'm going through it at the moment and just hate the way I am. Anti depressants don't work either! Bloody side effects! You really need a very understanding GP,hard to come by!,andcounselling will help you so much.hope you get it sortedsmile

      I'm terrified and can't stand the thought that my children will end up like me?

      How does it effect you ? Thank you for the kind words xxx

      That isn't always correct. Its not your fault first of all. I'm very sure your an excellent mother and care deeply for your children and they understand. And don't worry about if they should ever have your illness for if by chance they or one might, look at the wonderful person you are and how fortunate your child will be to have you as support guidance and understanding. And its there mother who they will totally trust. You will achieve victory and success over this

      I'm not living my life just waiting to go to bed each night cause I'm not scared while I'm asleep,  but it's the first thing I think of when I wake up.... its like im setting myself up to feel a certain way?

      Not sure how I got to this. ... i make plans for my kids then let them down last minute x

    Firstly,

    Let go, just let go, forget everything about yourself and just let yourself go, whatever happens what does it matter anyway,

    then start going to bed early, (get more sleep) and eat healhtly foods.

    clearly if that does not fix it, go to a doctor.

    think about it;

    why bother spending the rest of your future worrying about stuff? lol what's the point of that?
