Hi. sorry to hear about the way you are feeling. Have you seen a Dr about this. He/she will be able to do tests to help find the cause of your problems.  You should make an appointment to see your Dr soon.

    Good luck.

Thank you Merryl for your reply. Doctor told me tests ECG and ECHO. Results of both were normal. He told me that it's just allergy. But I don't think its allergy. Is there anything serious?

Anxiety gives you physical menifestations/problems. Feeling dizzy, sometimes related to breathing too fast. Heart beating fast makes you think you have a heatr condition. Tummy and bowels go into over drive making gurgling sounds. The pupils of your eyes dilate so you can see more  of what is going on around you. It is all caused by the hormone adrenalin. What is happening is the fight or flight responce to situations beyond your control, until you can identify them and work on them to solve them.

See my post in anxiety regarding Deep Muscle Relaxation. It is the only way you will be able to deal with the adrenalin rush you are getting and causing all of your symptoms. Best regards and good luck. Peter.

Thank you very much Peter for your detailed reply. I am feeling happy and relaxed after reading your comment smile I was thinking that it is a heart problem. Please let me know If I need any medical test?

Once my doctor told me for ECG and ECHO. Results of both were normal. Is there any test I need?

      Thanks again Peter smile

      Peace

I agree with Peter.  You could be having a mild panic/anxiey attack which could cause "hyperventilation" which is just rapid breathing that feels like shortness of breath.  Your body could be letting down after a stressful day.  Try some mild exercises like yoga, deep breathing, etc.  With the dizziness you could be expiencing a bit of a blood sugar drop or low BP too which could bring on the anxiety which might explain why drinking the Sprite makes you feel a bit better.

    Hi raja

Try not yo worry to much at this point.

Could be a panic attack. If it happens again, try breathing in and out into a paper bag. This will slightly reduce your oxygen intake and hopefully help.

YOU MUST SEE YOUR DOCTOR JUST IN CASE IT IS SOMETHING ELSE.

Best of luck and let us know what happens, and try not to worry.

    All the best

    Kev

Thank you Kev for reply... Once my doctor told me for ECG and ECHO. Results of both were normal. Is there any other test I need to confirm that its heart problem?

      Hi raja

There is one test that might work, and I had this done. I can not remember what it is called, but basically they link you up to an ECG and askyou torun on a tread mill. This is to see if you have an heart problem that tends to only show itself when you are under considerable stress. Other than that, I can not think of anything else, sorry.

      Best of luck

      Kev

I too feel the same.. while writing this I currently have this feeling, Shortage of breath like I feel there is less air to breath around me and need a fan or something to push the air to my nose so I can inhale all of it. My eyes are a heavy like the eyelids tend to close the eyeball and entire body is feeling lazy.. I feel like sleeping laying down somewhere. I would have drank at least 2L of water in the last one hour and still feeling thirsty.

Other than this I sweat excessively in the night mainly from my head. When I wake up in the morning, my pillow is completely wet and fear of darkness. To avoid sweating and fearr i keep the lights on and air condition at 16 C.
