Feel like I KNOW I'm dying

this is horrible! I'm physically ill but the docs say health anxiety. I have shooting pains all over my body which then send weakness and a tingling sensation on my right side. I am EXHAUSTED!!! I feel soooo sick!! Always have stomach pains!! I have never felt this ill!!!! I'm sure I'm going to die tonight!!!! Has anyone ever felt so ill through anxiety?!?! I really need opinions!!!!

    I have same feeling. In addition I am breathless and feeling of lump in throat. There is throat tightness. I went to breathing clinic and ENT clinic. They say there is nothing physical issue. Its because of anxiety. Worth to visit psycologist...

    It's a horrible feeling and I can relate to them....have u been prescribed anything to help ease the symptoms? I suffered for a while before starting meds as I was convinced I could overcome the feelings and symptoms but unfortunately I couldn't and give in to them

      I'm on Prozac have been for four years but I've gone through a lot of stress recently so the docs said my anxiety could broke through so they upped my dose! Only day 6 but honestly my body doesn't feel right xx

    I am also the same plus lump and tightness in throat and acid reflux. I hate it all but have started taking Dosulepin yet again to try and control things. I have also asked for counseling and start going to minfulnes meditation classes although don't feel like I could handle them just now because of anxiety.

    I know how you feel today I feel bad sick like you have the flu but is not flu tired weak scared I think I have a brain anyroizem. Or stroke but if it was true I will not be here writing to you so is in the mind is just anxiety and is hell. 😭

      its so weird its like these shooting pains and then that area goes all weak and weird and hot! like it makes me wanna faint rolleyes its really really strange i just dont no what it is rolleyes how are you today?

    i am sorry that you are so stressed by feeling this way. i would encourage you to do some relaxation yoga and/or a meditation podcast for restful sleep. i was not at all a meditation typical enthusiast, but i am fed up with the anxiety symptoms taking over. we all deserve better. spending focused "me" time thinking aboutcrelaxing myself makes me feel physically better and mentally quieter. it's not everyone's solutionand i don't do it everyday, but definitely 2-3 times a week (for about 6 weeks now). it has helped me. have not been in true panic attack fog since christmas. good luck to you!

      i found free podcasts on itunes called "the meditation podcast" by jesse and jean stern. about 30 mins long. the ones on restful sleep and relaxation are really good, imo. i do a gaia yoga dvd. relaxation - about 25 mins. it helps me a lot. hope you find a solution that works for you!
