Feeling like my body is tremoring and shaking when it's not

Does anyone else who has health anxiety have weeks of feeling unbalanced and dizzy when they are walking as well as on going feelings of your body tremoring and shaking inside like extreme nervousness when on the outside its not. This has been going on for weeks and of course I'm convinced I have something sinister. Blood tests are fine and usual doctors nurological tests and still waiting for my specialist appointment and Mri. It starts from the instant I wake up and effects my appetite and makes me so fatigued. This forum has been so helpful as I've never had anxiety before. Thanks in advance

I have experienced this on and off since I started my "adventure " with anxiety.. its kinda scary. It normally happens to me when I stretch out for bed.. its like this shaking inside my whole body and I can't control it.. it almost feels like Im gonna have a seizure but of course I don't and I never have so I don't know if I should compare it to that..but thats the best way for me to describe it. I feel like its because Im so anxious all day.. ecspecially on days that my anxiety are out of control.. that when I lay down to relax its like my nerves are still over acting.. it takes them a while to wind down. I normally just drink a calming tea and it eventually goes away. One time it happened and it scared me and I thought I was dying.. I cried and cried and my bf felt helpless.. I was trying to explain to him what I was experiencing.. but unless you have gone through this than you don't have a clue..

I've been dealing with that lately too I was diagnosed with GAD at 9 years old and never really suffered bad but was medicated most my life and I'm 21 now and a year ago I stopped my medication due to a bad time but I got better and lost a huge amount of weight I was 25stone and now under 15 stone but recently the last 2 months I've been suffering severely with health anxiety which is horrible but today and 3-4 times before I've got a unusual shaking feeling like when I move my legs around etc there's like shaking inside not outside and viable but I can feel my body shaking now I tried telling my self you've lost weight and it's maybe where my legs are bit flabby when I move the skin still vibrates when I stop but didn't help tbh, I also haven't done much excersise recently and struggle to eat plus sleepings been pretty off because of anxiety, stress & depression

It's been ongoing for 5 weeks now and is so dibilitating. It's not all day but lots of episodes every day even though I don't think I'm overly anxious. Plus I feel very unbalaced when I'm walking. Do you also

Hi Lee
Please keep us updated with your next set of tests as I will be interested to hear of their outcome.
I too have imbalance issues with my anxiety and I also get dizzyness. I wouldn't always describe it as spinning (though in a few occasions due to fear it has felt as if I was spinning for a split second.)
I would describe myself dizzyness as a woozy sensation and it does make me feel a bit spaced out. It's a little like being on a boat.
I do not have body tremors as you describe, but I do get buzzing sensations in parts of my body (and head sometimes.)
It sounds to me that you have anxiety symptoms.. But I do understand that sudden anxiety, or sudden changes to anxiety symptoms can be frightening and is always best to check these with a GP. You're doing everything right, good luck and be kind to yourself

Bless you...
I felt like i was walking on a bouncy castle when i first experienced it wierd isnt it, and the dizzyness used to really freak me out. But now i remind myself it is anxiety... I am not physically ill. and carry on as normal.
Since doing that my unsteady walking has improved 😉

Thanks for your reply. It's so reasuring to know others have felt the same and it was anxiety. It's so hard for me to beleive it as I've never experienced any thing like this before. I wake up with really sore tummy pains that do go away during the day but all day i have that awful unbalanced feeling when im walking as if im on a boat and the horrible feelings inside like extreme nervousness and tremors. It makes me so fatigued and is so dibilitating.

Hi Lee, have you gotten any results for this? I'm dealing with the same thing, severe health anxiety and feeling like my neck, arms, core and legs are shaking/trembling on the inside but doctors cannot seem to notice it.
Please let me know, thanks!

Hi Sarah, Im def much better than I was but do still wake in the mornings with the buzzing, vibrating sensations inside. Once I told myself I didn't have some terrible neuro disease and it was possible that anxiety could cause all the horrible symptoms I started to improve. Im also going through menopause and the internal tremors are also something that a lot of perimenopausal woman suffer with , are you the same?, cheers lee

hello! I know this post if really old, and I’m hoping you’ve found reconciliation for your ailments! I , too, am having strange bouts of nausea, and tremors, that was originally said to be anxiety, but there are so many other symptoms that I find it hard to pin on anxiety... The vertigo, and the strangeness of my blurry vision (sometimes it looks like there’s heatwaves if I look about 50 yards into the distance... When the anxiety comes from nowhere, my symptoms get worse... Especially the pain in my neck and down my spine 😳... I was hoping you may have found answers for your strange symptoms, while I’m awaiting doctor appointments... They make me feel like I’m crazy, but I honestly FEEL terrible! And my fingernails are changing... Sometimes they’re blue, sometimes they’re white, but they’re never pink anymore! The headaches don’t feel like regular headaches, they feel deeper! The symptoms grew progressively worse over the last 6 months... Sorry to bother you, hope all is well ??
