Feeling like my heart will stop at any moment.

About a month ago, I had I bad episode of a panic attack. I ate a little more then I usually do, and I had a very bad feeling in my chest and my heart was racing so we went to the emergency room. They tested my blood, did chest x-rays, and I had an ekg done.
Then it happend again, and I went straight back to the ER. I was then transported to Riley's Children Hospital. ( A very great place, lots of high tech stuff and what-not. ) I had an echocardiogram done at Rileys, an ekg, multiple blood tests, and everything came back fine. Including the visits from the ER, everything was fine also.
I then went to the ER three more times, each time they did the same tests and my heart was very good and healthy. I still feel like my heart can stop though, and I get scared ever night. I even had to sleep with my parents one night. After the episode is over I usually break down and cry until I can't cry anymore. I am seeing a psychologist on monday, thankfully, and I hope he can help me also.
My main point is that I am afraid there is actually something wrong with my heart, and I am afraid of sudden death. Just recently I went to an urgent care center and had a cat scan where they injected some kind of dye in me to see if there were any blood clots or risk of a blood clot. I can't deal with this anymore and I often think about suicide when I break down. I am so afraid of sudden death and I always think the doctors missed something in all of the tests.
( I am a 14 year old male by the way. )

No, no, and no.
I know I'm late 3 years but since there are some recent comments here I'll post this. You may still feel anxious.
Let me assure you there is no way your heart will stop beating out of the blue. Unless you touch a high voltage surface or get shot in the heart.
What you're talking about is sudden cardiac arrest, something that only happened so far to a few group of young people during their sleep. I'd bet every penny I have you don't have the same genetic background as them. It's a very, very rare condition.
We humans have a perfect body. Extremely well balanced and complicated. For example, when we sleep our body becomes very relaxed, hence why you don't have heart attacks during a nightmare. And how many times your heart "jumped" when you were awoke (when a friend scared you, you watched a scary moment in a movie)? Did you have a heart attack? You didn't. And so many people got scared to death continuously (war situations for example) and still lived to tell the tale. Trust me, our cells don't toy with their health. Your genes got your back.
People prone to having a heart attack are usually very overweight/underweight, have a complication like valve insufficiency (regular medical check ups really help the diagnosis, and this problem is not common and usually only middle age/old people suffer from it), have a genetic problem (which, again, can be easily identified and managed), exercise really (really) too much (talking about those huge bodybuilders that have a heart three times normal size) or are very old. And old people usually have heart attacks during their sleep, which is quite painless really. Not saying a sudden heart attack is impossible, it's just so very unlikey.
It's obvious you should avoid to get anxious (no one likes to be scared), but trust me, you will not have a sudden cardiac arrest. It's more likely you get hit by a meteor than to have something like that happen to you.
If you're still unsure genetic testing might give you the final answer on the subject. But once again, you're most likely (really most likely) FINE.
Just do regular check ups (like one in every two months? Your call. But don't obsess over it) to keep your spirit light.
Look if you need further help feel free to tell. But you'll be fine.

Hey! I'm drea. I have a panic attack about three times every hour. I'm 10 years old and I have a really bad anxiety disorder. I know how you feel! My symptoms are: Trouble breathing, panic attacks, feeling of heart stopping, tension, pain, and fear. I am not eating at all because I'm scared that there is poison in my food. My mind is telling me that I'm going to die any at second. I am afraid of dying. It makes me feel better when my parents tell me that I'm not going to die. I am constantly feeling like I was poisoned. Please reply to me.

I’m so sorry that you’re going through this. I was reading this discussion with tears running down my face because I know first hand how awful panic attacks and anxiety are. How debilitating it is and how hard it seems to beat it! It is truly horrible and so scary! I’ve been on a journey of learning to beat it and it all comes down to my thought life, the hurt from parents and family(forgiving them!!) and fear of death (because of the death of a few friends) and the unknown! I’ve been doing a 21 day brain detox through Dr Caroline Leaf (its online) who has great insight about how possible it is to retrain our brain. I’ve found so much in the bible as well about anxiety and fear! 365 references to not being afraid and I am beating the anxiety! Was having a few panic attacks a day and have still been dealing with anxiety but haven’t had a panic attack in two weeks! I know it seems impossible, but we can beat this! I dream of living a life where I am not gripped by fear! Anyway I feel for you, hoping you’re doing ok and are finding answers! Just couldn’t not message when I am discovering how to overcome this through renewing my mind with Gods word. You could check out these few scriptures if you like: Psalm 56:3-4 and Psalm 62:5-8
There are so many. Wishing you the very best
