Feeling of pressure inside brain, problems with thinking and focusing, insomnia

Hello, I'm a 36 years male. Since april i got following symptoms:
- Insomnia. Some nights I can sleep fine, but mostly i wake up immediately after falling a sleep (after 30-60min), this repeats for entire night so i get almost no sleep. Before that I had a problems with sleeping 5-6 hours, waking up and being able to sleep more, then feeling tired for the day. I started taking some meds, and for couple years it went back to normal, till april.
- Ringing in the ears. I sleep with ear plug-ins since many years. Since my problems started i noticed that when I plug my ears for the night, I hear ringing / noises which were not there before. It usually happens in right ear, but if I try to sleep on left side, it will appear in left ear.
- Feeling of pressure inside brain (but no pain), difficulty with thinking. It's to some degree similar to 'brain fog' which so many people are reporting here, only it makes difficult to handle complex intellectual tasks, I don't have issue with following conversation, movie, book, no memory issues. What seems to be unique in my condition is that gets worst if i put my body in stationary position like sitting or laying down, and gets away while I'm on the move.
Iv done a lot of tests: MRI, EEG, hormones, vitamins and more. Everything is normal. Went to multiple doctors: endocrinologists, neurologists, psychiatrists. Only diagnose i was able to get is that I'm having anxiety, but It's hard to believe for me that anxiety can manifest itself depending on body position. Does anyone had similar symptoms and was able to figure out the cure ? I'm currently reading through huge discussion :
but my problem seems to be different, it lacks pain component and intellectual effects are not as severe, however insomnia is present in my case.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hey there Eisen I posted something similar but long story short i'm currently going through this brain pressure dull feeling, and you explained it how I would explain it like this brain fog feeling. It's been going on for 10is months. Not really pain but it's annoying and it's just there. I've been also getting insomnia. I've gotten a clean brain mri, normal bloodwork, normal thyroid. And my doctor thinks it's anxiety as well. At the moment i'm taking Paxil and it's my 14th day and i'm not sure what to do at this point, i'm just so tired of feeling this way. I feel like I've tried so many supplements and techniques. I've been reading on that discussion as well and many people have felt the way we feeling. I just wanna feel clarity again.
