Feeling off balance, Dizziness

I've been dealing with an off balance feeling for about 9 months now. I've gotten several tests done including audiologist test, Ct scan, blood work done, dentist, eye doctor. Everything comes back normal and doctors just keep saying it's anxiety. My symptoms include feeling off balance (like I'm going to fall over, or my feet don't feel steady) hard time focusing on things, dizziness, face feels stiff inside, eyes feel tired, sleepy(after sleeping 8 or more hours) hands and legs feel shaky. Please, if anyone could please confirm that this is anxiety and give me a piece of mind. Sometimes I think it's something nurological but I've seen 2 Nurologist and they both have said ANXITY. Please tell me I'm not going crazy!! On a side note, these symptoms are not always the same each day, they always vary and change. If it isn't one things, it's another.

When you go to an ENT see if they can do a VEMP test. It checks your middle ear and neck muscles. I have similar issues and the VEMP test showed weakness on the left side of my neck which brings me to tell you to also do a search for SCM issues. The SCM is a muscle in your neck that can cause all kinds of odd issues like ours. I have been told to have dry needling done to help the issue. Also google SCM trigger points.

Oh goodness, never really heard of that. I will definitely have him check that out. Thank you so much!! Also, what kind of treatment are you on for that? Has the dizziness gotten better?

I am seeing an Osteopath for this. It has helped a bit. I can't find a person in NY to do Dry needling, NY has some tight rules.
