I totally understand your legs...mine to.  Some days are better than others for pain.  My typical is weak legs now, terrible balance, and I cannot walk far now.  If at any stage I have a good hour and have walked further than I have ever been able to for months, I invariably 'suffer' for it, and I'm locked up stiff and in so much pain for days on end... it's just dam frustrating...  Specially after being such an energic active person!

Chin up love....take out the positives where you find them and hold them dearly and close.

For my legs I will stand on the edge of a door step and whilst holding the door frame my feet are placed so that my toes and the pads of my feet are resting on the edge and my heels are hanging over.  I let my heels drop down wards slowly and carefully not straining anything, and then raise up as if on tip toes, and I repeat dropping heels down below the edge of the step, hold a split second and then raise up again high and hold a split second.  This helps to keep our tendons stretched  and it can also help take some stress out of our muscles groups!!!   Which in turn will help take the pressure of the hips..

When my hips have locked up and abdomen also cramped up, I get on my tip toes and take tip toe steps 'everywhere'....till the locked and cramped hips free up.  Works the same when your lower back sometimes cramps up.. get on your tip  toes and walk carefully taking baby steps.  I do it for an hour or MORE till it frees up..  Better than letting it take over the day or the next few weeks!!!!

Even doing it as an exercise through the day can help 'prevent' locking up of your hips and lower back..

Just sharing from my experiences....  smile
