Hi Ladies I woke this morning with terrible anxiety got the shaky feeling allover and nearly panicking im on what i call a roll over period which means I had a period but when It ended the symptoms of another is not far away could this be why i feel like I do thanks for youe help x

This morning at midnight i had a bad anxietiy attack couldn'd even sleep all night just feel really out of it today
