knowing when to give into rest is a good thing . we should all learn to listen to our body. i live in the uk a place on the northeast coast called filey its part of scarborough , which i believe you have a scarborough in the states. much nicer i bet . i think it was you who asked where i was, if not sorry !

hope you are feeling better today .

      heres a really silly joke.

Since speaking to you here a few days ago, i havent left the house, except to go to the docs yesterday about shooting pains in my forehead,i have had for sometime. which i think is still effects from when i had a bad fall back in march being referred back to hospital. as some nerves may be effected!!?? doc told me up my amitriptylene, took an extra one last night and must admit pain is not so severe today, still feel totally wiped out, just want to sleep. As much as i love this weather, i wish it would cool down just for a day or two. Thank goodness i live alone so only have myself to worry about. apart from my dad luckily he is doing ok at the moment, I applaud all of you who manage to still carry on working, and look after children and homes. On the subject of weed, my friend bought some for me a few weeks ago but only tried it once it did seem to relax me but dont want to use it when im on my own incase i go gaga.

i used weed when i was young care free and single ,back when the dinorsaurs walked the earth. ha ha .

you can smoke it as a reef, bake it in cakes thats usely the way for people suffering pain,, take it.

most people feel chilled , some people non stop talk or laugh some people crash out. i wish they would make it availble for people like us.

i mean morphine a drug that can kill but they perscribe that.

back in the early part of the 19centry up untill after the second world war people grew it quite legaly for pain use in the uk along with tabaco

i am a social history freek love old house keeping books ,any thing vintage like me.clothing and antiques ,  have a good day take care

glad the amitriptylene is working for you.

Thanks Tina, i shall definitely give it another go but will try the baking method, i must say tho i have felt much better today i think the weather being cooler has helped. I have been told about the magnesium before but never tried maybe that should be my next trial. thanks for your advice and help everyone, i dont always reply or input but your discussions do help.

magnesium malate,is the best tolarated, not oxide or citrate . or spray it on and rub it in .it will sting because mag is a salt mineral but it wears of , gets into the blood stream avoiding the stomach its called topical  magneisum ,if you are in the uk , i can give you some brand names.

Thank you Tina, I will look into it. Hope you are doing well today. I went to the Dr yesterday, my Dr was not in so had to see a different one, I told him ive been having the mouth twitches and the bones in my face hurt, they took my temp 3x and asked me if I had been stuffy multiple times. I do know what sinus issues are and I would not have paid to go see the Dr if it were that. Its expensive paying 20 co pay then pay for pescriptions that dont work.Well I had xrays on my face done, should get them back today. New script for pain, Tramadol. I did not pick it up because I have a whold shelf of pain meds, I just wanted to make sure nothing was cracked in my face. I can deal with it if I know its not anything a dr has to do. I can find other means without taking another pill. As long as I can get my body to relax, I can deal with the pain.

I just found out my niece was diagnosed with fibro as well, I don't talk to her on a regular basis, I do talk to my sister but, i think we are all the same, we dont tell other peoples business family or not. She has been on different types of meds also.

it seems even when you pay to see a doctor you dont get any better treatment, we pay thru our taxes in england  ,but since the opening of healthe centres took over from proper doctor surgeries in the mid 1970s  your just a number , they spend more time looking in medical books and on the net than at you.

i remember a time when we had a two doctor surgery they were open 9am till 11am and 4pm till 6pm and as long as you turned up in those times even if the doors were locked behind you you were seen, they knew you and your history and your family ,

they always checked your tongue, pulse, and asked how your bowls were as standered  dont laugh i am only 54 i know i sound about a hundred , feel it most days. its just like everything else you let standereds slip you get poorer service. bigger dosent mean better.
