Fibro/CFS causing severe constipation and acid reflux

Hi, I was wondering how many of you suffer badly with constipation and acid reflux. The reflux can sometimes mimic pain of a hear attack and it can be quite frightening. I am also finding for the past year I am only opening my bowels once or twice a week which could possibly be because I spend more time in bed as I feel constantly exhausted. How do you manage to control these symptoms? Thanks

    I am also suffering acide refiux that keeps me up and I am lucky if I have BM. Once a month for the house hand in or what can I do
