Fibro Fog?

Hello all

Just wanted to share something..so far all my fibro symptoms have been physical, all the usual pain symptoms and lack of sleep. I know I get my words muddled up and am getting more forgetful and clumsy, but had a horrid thing yesterday evening. I couldn't remember if I had eaten dinner, went to bed early and had all these waking dreams and I sort of lost the plot. Just couldn't remember where I was, so difficult to explain but I felt quite scared about what was happening. Feel better this morning and putting it down to sleep deprivation. Can anybody else relate to this? Would really appreciate some comments. Many thanks.

Just been thinking again about brain fog. Like many aspects of fibro and/or CFS, there is no science to say why it occurs? I mean in terms of physical changes to the brain? I guess this is research is ongoing in terms of this. Like many symptoms of fibro and CFS brain fog is associated with so many conditions....including of course those old favourites stress and anxiety. This being the case I get confused just trying to work out what is causing my symptoms ha ha. A bit like my post going around in circles.
